ABOUT KENTA

Born in Tokyo and raised in Taipei, Kenta has lived in several cities, including Michigan, New York, Singapore and Paris. Although he spent several years living and working in Singapore, and even had mutual friends with Yukie, their paths never crossed. They finally met 3 years ago in Fukuoka, Japan, while Yukie was there on a business trip.

ABOUT YUKIE

Born in Japan and raised in Singapore. While she has always been based in Singapore, Yukie has been traveling from a young age — a hobby that they share as a couple. They have many common interests, including nature, art, food, wine (plenty of it), and they speak the same 3 languages: English, Japanese, and a bit of Mandarin.

The wedding reception will be formal but the after-party will be more relaxed. There will be a dance floor so wear comfortable shoes. Ladies (and gents), feel free to do an outfit change — YAS!

Also, March in Tokyo can be slightly chilly, with highs around 15°C and lows around 9°C, so we recommend dressing accordingly.
